YouTube connection
Checking connection…
This studio connects only @WeatherWatchHQ. Google asks for YouTube management permission; the saved connection stays encrypted on the server. Connecting does not start a broadcast.
One-time Google app setup
The Connect button needs Google OAuth credentials in this Vercel project. This is separate from your YouTube stream key.
- In Google Cloud, enable YouTube Data API v3 and configure the OAuth consent screen. If the app is in Testing, add the Google account that manages @WeatherWatchHQ as a test user.
- Create an OAuth client of type Web application. Add this exact authorized redirect URI:
https://weather.watch/api/youtube-oauth-callback - Privately save the client ID as
YOUTUBE_CLIENT_IDand the client secret asYOUTUBE_CLIENT_SECRETin this site's Vercel Production environment, then redeploy. - Return here, refresh status, and click Connect YouTube. Select @WeatherWatchHQ and approve access.
Do not paste the client secret into chat or enter a streaming key here.
