Accounts and authorized access

Studio and business accounts are intended for adults. Provide accurate information, protect your login details and private invitation or OBS links, and use only accounts, channels, Pages, and content you are authorized to manage. Do not share access outside your authorized production team. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Broadcasting and guest rooms

You control the destinations and content you choose to broadcast. Review your title, visibility, connected accounts, guests, and audio and video sources before starting a stream. Obtain permission from participants and rights holders before transmitting their voice, image, screen, music, or other material. Guests should share only content they intend the production team to receive and potentially broadcast.

Public broadcasts may be recorded, shared, or retained by viewers and connected platforms. Ending a stream or disconnecting an account does not delete published recordings. Use each destination’s controls to manage or remove its content.

Connected platforms and YouTube

Weather.Watch Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using our YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy also applies to Google’s processing. You may revoke our access in your Google account connections settings.

Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other supported services have their own terms, eligibility requirements, and publishing controls. You are responsible for complying with the rules of each service you use. Connections and features depend on platform permissions, availability, quotas, and account status; connecting an account does not guarantee access to every livestream feature.

Your content and our materials

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant Weather.Watch permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide the features you request, including sending it to your selected destinations and displaying public chat. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

Weather.Watch branding, original programs, software, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Use the studio tools and supplied overlays for their intended authorized purposes. Do not redistribute or commercially reuse other protected material without permission or another lawful basis.

Acceptable use and chat

Do not use the services for unlawful activity, threats, harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, infringement, or disclosure of another person’s private information without authorization. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or attempt to obtain another studio’s credentials or private feeds. We may moderate messages, remove content, or restrict access to address abuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms.

Weather information and field safety

Forecasts, radar, maps, locations, and livestream commentary may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Weather.Watch is not an emergency alert service. Follow official National Weather Service warnings and instructions from local authorities. Do not rely solely on our services for decisions involving personal safety. Do not operate streaming controls while driving; stop safely or have a passenger manage them.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the services available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted streams, successful delivery to every destination, or error-free data. Internet connections, devices, browsers, and third-party services can interrupt broadcasts. Keep appropriate backups and verify your destination’s live status.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, Weather.Watch is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions or use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Purchases and separate agreements

Product purchases, sponsorships, and paid services may have additional terms presented at checkout or in a separate agreement. These terms do not create a subscription or authorize a charge. Any applicable pricing and payment terms must be provided separately.

Stopping use and changes

You may stop using the services and revoke connected-platform access at any time. For account or data deletion, follow our deletion instructions. We may change or discontinue features, or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. We may update these terms; the effective date identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes.
